Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 3 PM
Start/End Date: August 26th - TBD
Organization: Soliant Education
Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to join our team in Woonsocket, RI. This full-time position will support students in middle school for four days a week and elementary school for one day a week, across two school buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Provide counseling and support services to promote mental health and well-being.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop effective interventions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans.
- Promote a positive school climate and provide training on mental health awareness.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology.
- Valid Rhode Island certification as a School Psychologist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in school settings is preferred.
