Soliant Education is excited to offer a full-time, full-year position for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the vibrant educational community of Rochester, NY. We are looking for a committed professional who is passionate about supporting students in their communication development. New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' speech and language abilities through comprehensive evaluations.
  • Create and implement personalized therapy plans to address individual student needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to facilitate student progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services and regularly review student progress.
  • Keep accurate records of therapy sessions and student achievements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current or pending state licensure to practice as an SLP.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but not required for new graduates and CFs.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial, though not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
