Join our team as an AssistantGeneral Manager of Dining Services, where you'll lead a talentedteam of professionals, oversee dining room and café operations, andsupport all aspects of mealtime service. Compensation:starting at $55,000 annually, commensurate withexperience.

Howyou will make animpact:

  • Overseethe scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of allemployees in the restaurant, café, and supervisorypositions.
  • Ensure that food is properlyportioned, plates are attractively presented, and service meetsestablished standards.
  • Supervise thecleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, storageareas, and loading dock.
  • Ensure that diningstaff complies with safety regulations and adheres to all companypolicies and procedures.
  • Participate inprograms and activities designed to enhance employee and residentsatisfaction.

What you willneed:

  • Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in dining room management, service, and sanitation (upto 1 year of dietetics experience may be substituted)required
  • Current Serv-Safe certification orstate-specific equivalent, as required by stateguidelines
  • Availability to work weekends andholidays
  • Proven ability to supervise multiplevenues and manage large teams
  • Be able to liftand/or move objects weighing up to 25pounds
