Description:

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Lincoln, RI. This opportunity offers a contract from December to March, providing essential speech and language services to students within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions based on assessment findings.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings, focusing on achieving communication goals.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress and achievement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Rhode Island state license or certification as an SLP.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
