Coordinate the transition of departments from Ascom devices to iPhones with VOIP calling via Jabber.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues regarding upgradesShowcase effective communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel when training on new devices

Qualifications of the VOIP Deployment Technician:

Assess departments, configure new equipment, and deliver devices as requested.Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software.Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.Time management necessary to work with management and leaders of units/departments dependent on their current step of conversion.Communicate information in a timely, accurate, and concise manner that fosters a collaborative environment.Maintain inventory records of hardware and peripheralsAssociate’s Degree in Information Sciences and Technology or a related field

Compensation/Benefits for the VOIP Deployment Technician:
