Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Benefits Advisor to manage daily operations of employee benefit programs, ensuring seamless administration and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage health, dental, disability, and life insurance programs
  • Resolve employee inquiries and provide benefits support
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment and communicate benefit updates
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and conduct regular audits
  • Manage leave of absence processes and accommodation requests
  • Facilitate benefits training and support new hire onboarding
  • Manage ACA reporting and compliance duties
  • Develop and revise policies to improve efficiency
  • Assist with HR projects and provide payroll support as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing employee benefits
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables preferred)
  • Experience working with brokers and managing vendor relationships
  • PHR certification a plus

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
