Job Summary

Serve as an exam proctor for students registered through the Disability Services office. Checking students in and out of testing appointments. Cover testing center desk including greeting students, faculty, and answering calls.

Job Duties

  • 40% - Acting as exam proctor and monitoring student’s test taking. Including tracking time and supervising exam sessions. - (Essential)
  • 30% - Checking students in and out of appointments. Handling exams and required materials, and monitoring the testing schedule. - (Essential)
  • 20% - Supervising the testing center and testing rooms. - (Marginal)
  • 10% - Communicating with faculty via email, phone calls, and in-person visits. - (Marginal)

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks (printing, screening phone calls, and greeting guests). Background in education and working with students.
  • Strong organizational skills. Strong written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Exam proctoring experience and experience working in higher education.

EXPECTED HIRING RANGE: $16.78/hr
