PeopleShare is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Customer Service Representative to join our HVAC team in Newark, DE. In this role, you will deliver superior service by responding to inbound calls, scheduling service technician visits, and addressing customer needs with professionalism. You will act as a customer advocate, taking ownership of accounts to ensure issues are resolved effectively at the first point of contact. Additionally, you will perform data entry to process tickets and manage customer work orders accurately. Details for the Dispatch Customer Service Representative: 
  • Pay Rate: $18-$20 with monthly bonuses 
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm (weekends on occasion)
Benefits: 
  • after 90 days, employees receive up to 80 hours of vacation and 40 hours PTO (sick and personal) per year
  • medical coverage with base plan weekly being paid for by the company ($3000 employee deductible) HSA and lower deductible options as well

Day to Day Responsibilities & Description for the Dispatch Customer Service Representative:    
  • Deliver superior customer service by responding to inbound calls.
  • Scheduling service technician visits to customer
  • Act as a customer advocate by taking ownership of the account and follow through to satisfy the customer at first point of contact.
  • Perform data entry to handle tickets for customer work orders.

Skills/Requirements for the Dispatch Customer Service Representative: 
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Retail required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Candidates must be willing to submit to a Pre-Employment Screening, including Drug & Background Check
