Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant educational setting? Soliant Education is seeking a skilled SLP to join a supportive and dynamic school team in Vancouver, WA. This full-time, full-year position offers a wonderful opportunity to work with students and help them achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress regularly.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
