Position: Full-Time Special Education Teacher

Overview: Soliant Education is excited to announce multiple full-time Special Education Teacher openings in Springboro, Ohio. These positions are onsite and offer an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational experience of students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver instruction tailored to each student's needs.
- Support: Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students in accordance with their IEPs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student education.
- Assessment: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary to meet educational goals.
Requirements:
- Certification: Must hold appropriate certification for Special Education.
- Experience: Experience in teaching students with special needs preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and instructional skills.
- Commitment: Ability to work full-time and onsite for the entire school year.
