What You Will Be Doing:
The rapidly expanding Ground Cyber Electronic Warfare sub-market segment is looking to add a dynamic Project Engineer to aid in the day-to-day management of program activities on an aspirational system for a classified customer within the Warfighter Solutions Portfolio. The project engineer will align team activities to support program execution and satisfy OSEC commitments. Other responsibilities will include support of expansion into adjacent markets. This individual contributor position with team management focusing on cost performance, results, and behaviors.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with the following:
- Control Account management (CAM), which includes working with Product Owners, Finance, to establish budget, staffing needs, and cost and/or schedule variances in an agile environment

- Understanding how to manage cost, schedule and technical impacts to respective control accounts within an agile environment.

- Earned value performance tracking

- Preparing for and presenting at weekly Program Management and Customer meetings, as well as quarterly Program Reviews

- Support to follow on efforts: Engineering Change Proposals and other related proposal efforts (e.g., developing cost / management volumes, BOE development)
Ad-hoc tasking within the program office to support program requirements

- Demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement(DFARS), DoD regulation, requirements, policies and procedures, cost and schedule estimating, system disciplines, engineering specifications and commercial practices relating to systems procurement and production

- Demonstrated knowledge of Principles of Agile development and Program Management
Desired Skills:
-Active TS/SCI Clearance
-Domain knowledge in Electronic Warfare, cyber, and/or SIGINT applications
-Proposal experience
-Previous experience delivering an integrated system capability, combining both in-house build (make) elements and sourced elements.
-Agile and DevSecOps development experience with metric based analysis
-Experience with digital transformation of long-term program, complex programs or systems
-Demonstrated experience improving program performance and/or affordability
-Experience managing and working with challenging customers
-Experience with managing Risks and Opportunities
-Experience with release train engineering
-Experience serving as the lead cost account manager for multiple control accounts
