Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects via phone, email, live chat, and other online platforms, addressing inquiries and providing information about products or services.
- Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in order entry, confirmation, and fulfillment. Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer needs and provide accurate information.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints, issues, or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties related to sales support, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
