Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception through conclusion. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. Collaborate with other attorneys to develop effective defense strategies and legal arguments. Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and negotiations. Maintain current knowledge of changes and developments in the law through continuous study and attendance at professional seminars and workshops. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey (New Jersey State Bar). 0-3 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, with a focus on civil litigation. Proven experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and case management. Excellent legal writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to ethical legal conduct and maintaining client confidentiality.
