Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a well-regarded school district in Longview, WA for the current school year. This is a full-time position that can be either onsite or remote, providing flexibility to accommodate the needs of both the SLP and the students. The specific caseload will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best fit for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication and language needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and communication goals.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Active Washington state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for helping students develop effective communication skills.
