Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Operate the press efficiently.
  • Prepare for upcoming jobs.
  • Ensure smooth shift transitions.
  • Train assistants as needed.
  • Perform job setups and changeovers.
  • Maintain production and MRP reports.
  • Conduct machine PMs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain equipment and work area.

Requirements:
  • Laminator operation skills.
  • Proficient with hand tools.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Physical ability for bending, lifting, and climbing.
