We arehiring a Fitness Specialist to join our team. The FitnessSpecialist will assess, monitor, and develop individual fitnessprograms forresidents.Thisis a per diem position with variable shifts.Compensation:Commensurate with experience starting at$19/hour.How you will makeanimpact:
- Performingfitness assessments which include vitalsigns.
- Prescribing anappropriate exercise program, including flexibility, strength, andcardiovasculartraining.
- Educatingand evaluating members on proper exercisetechniques.
- Assistingwith coordination and implementation of Wellnessprograms.
- Maintaininga clean and safe fitness area formembers.
- Buildingstrong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them tobe physicallyactive.

Whatyou willneed:
- Associate’sdegree in Health Education or related field required; Bachelor’sdegreepreferred.

- Rock SteadyBoxing certification or similar is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-yearrelated workexperience.
