PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES: Prepares accounts payable checks and coordinates processes 3-way match Bookkeeping skills Prints accounts payable reports and maintains accounts payable files Processes/prepares daily invoicing Processes pre-invoicing changes to Sales orders QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent education required, Associate's degree preferred 1-2 years accounting experience in a distribution / manufacturing environment preferred Strong organizational and time management skills - must be able to multi task Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail, self-motivated and a team player is essential #LI-DG1#LI-OfficeBookkeeper / Accounts PayableBookkeeper / Accounts PayableBookkeeper / Accounts PayableBookkeeper / Accounts PayableBookkeeper / Accounts Payable
