The Academic Success Coach team is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and assessment of services and programs aimed at empowering student towards success.
- Provides services and supports aimed at increasing student persistence to graduation via an early alert system
- Provides tools, tips, and resources to empower students towards academic success
- Assists students with creating schedules for completion of academic work
- Meets with students to establish goals with periodic follow-up to ensure good academic progress
- Works as a bridge between student success and other campus resources
- Maintains regular contact with students and provides assistance

MINIMUM TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree, strong computer and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree.
