Ultrasound/Vascular Technologist Position Summary



The Ultrasound Technologist (ARDMS)/Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (RVT) can perform just general/vascular ultrasound or can be multimodality. Technologist performs procedures at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Assumes responsibility for designated areas, procedures and students as assigned. The inventory, distribution/delivery of medications may be required.



Ultrasound/Vascular Technologist Position Requirements



    • Graduate of an Allied health Program in Sonography/Vascular from an accredited ultrasound program and currently registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).  If not registered at time of hire, must be registered within one year of hire date.

    • Entry level. Experience from ultrasound/vascular program should be sufficient.


Ultrasound/Vascular Technologist Benefits



    • At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
