THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION.
The Senior Manager for Clinical Trial Research works closely with the Clinical Trial Director to develop a thorough framework for clinical trials. This role involves assisting the Clinical Trial Director in the development of clinical trial protocols and drafting the technical components associated with these protocols and the logistics required for grant submissions. The Senior Manager is responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure that trial specifications are in harmony with the capabilities and resources available at NCWR. Additionally, this position requires engagement and collaboration with external entities, such as Contract Research Organizations (CROs), to secure necessary support. Furthermore, the Senior Manager plays a crucial role in data management and compilation, which includes aiding in the preparation of trial reports and ensuring that data is readily accessible for statisticians.

Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:
-Proven experience navigating the government grant process, with a strong capability in grant writing contributions.
- Skilled in patient interaction and outcome monitoring.
- Background in providing treatment to patients in clinical or hospital environments.
- Proficient in writing and submitting applications for government grants.
- Knowledgeable in conducting research, including statistical analysis to assess efficacy, and familiar with clinical trial protocols, FDA study design requirements, and defining primary endpoints for successful outcomes.

-Lifesciences Field of Study
-Research involving brain neuroscience (animaltrials).
