Location: Claremore, OK 74017
Facility: 80 Bed Community Hospital

Soliant has been engaged to find an experienced Pharmacist for an immediate start at a community hospital in Claremore, OK. This is a 13-week contract with a flexible schedule, primarily working evening shifts from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and every 4th weekend.

  • Pharmacist

Schedule:

  • 5x8 shifts
  • Primarily evening shift: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Occasional morning shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Every 4th weekend

Start Date:

  • ASAP

  • Duration:

  • 13 weeks

Job Duties:

  • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Prepare and dispense medications
  • Monitor patient drug therapies and provide recommendations
  • Conduct medication reconciliations and patient counseling
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize the EPIC system for medication management

Requirements:

  • Current Oklahoma Pharmacist license
  • Some hospital experience
  • Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
