Summary

This position serves as a Pharmacist for the Claremore Indian Hospital (CIH), Claremore, OK. Full services are available at CIH including general

medicine and surgery, pediatrics, inpatient, emergency room and outpatient services. This position is supervised by the CIH Pharmacy Director



Duties
  • Perform a variety of complex functions in the pharmacy area of clinical pharmacy and pharmacotherapy.
  • Develop, plan, organize, implement, maintain and perform annual outcome measurements of all pharmacy based clinical services.
  • Develop patient education programs to promote safe and effective use of medications.
  • Provide drug information to patients and providers.
  • Present outcome data at local and national meetings.
