POSITIONSUMMARY:  Provides technical support to theoperations of patient care services through performance ofscheduling, staffing, and report development and special projectsrelated to staffing andscheduling.



Requirements

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:  High schoolgraduate or equivalent required.  One year post high schoolcourses in business preferred.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: N/A

SKILLS: Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening)skills.  Multi-line telephone skills.  Demonstratesability in technical and analytical functions, knowledge ofcomputer applications preferred.

EXPERIENCE:  Experiencein the health care field especially hospital experiencepreferred.

NATURE OFSUPERVISION:

-Responsible to: Administrative Supervisors and Directors on dailybasis

ENVIRONMENT:

- Bloodborne pathogenA

Works regular hours. Multiple simultaneous activities in office setting with dailyvisits to patient care areas. Walking and standing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to handle emergency/crisis situationsand remain calm during such times.  Considerablesitting/standing/walking.  Has knowledge of and uses good bodymechanics. Sits and uses computer for extended periods. Hearing and visual acuity within normal limits.  Manualdexterity and fine motor coordination required.
