We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee all operations of Cynergi Health & Fitness Centre. The GM will be responsible for leading our team, ensuring the highest standards of service, and driving the business to achieve financial goals. You will manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, member satisfaction, marketing initiatives, and financial oversight.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals, personal trainers, and support staff.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff performance.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including facility maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Manage membership sales, retention, and customer service excellence.
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering of supplies.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive membership growth.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, revenue, and expenses.
  • Analyze sales data and create reports to present to Senior Management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns.
  • Plan events, promotions, and partnerships to engage the local community.

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in sales, financial planning, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and customer service.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a fitness facility.
  • Certification in personal training or fitness instruction, would be considered an asset.
