About the Role:

EMCOR Group Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of our line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance checks and services on standard package and split unit HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and repair common mechanical, electrical, or system failure issues on standard boiler, package and split unit HVAC systems.
  • Complete service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
  • Utilize technology to access and complete work orders, create and submit service reports, and submit timesheets and expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Years of HVAC/General Maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, speak effectively before groups, and perform various general type maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, knowledge of chiller operations, and experience with BAS (Building Automation System) and energy management systems.
