Key Responsibilities: Execute planned sales campaigns with the goal of enrolling new customers on behalf of our clients. Identifying opportunities to up-sell customers with additional products or services. Assisting in the enrollment process by introducing prospective customers to our clients’ products and services. Develop a deep understanding of our clients products and services and recommend tailored products, promotions, and services that meet customer needs. Address and resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrate leadership qualities and maintain high standards in all tasks, even without direct supervision.
