Accounting & Finance Recruitment Consultant Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In-Office) A respected mid-size public accounting firm in Naperville is seeking a Tax Senior to join their growing team. This role is ideal for professionals ready to take on more responsibility in tax compliance and client service while continuing to build leadership skills. What You’ll Do: Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Assist in resolving complex tax matters, including multi-state issues and compliance challenges. Work directly with clients to address tax questions, planning strategies, and estimated payments. Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff, helping them strengthen their technical skills. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and industry developments to ensure accuracy and compliance. What We’re Looking For: At least 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA license (or progress toward completion) preferred. Strong technical knowledge across multiple entity types (corporations, partnerships, and individuals). Excellent communication skills and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
