Are you an adventurous Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse with a passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care? Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel CVOR RN to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware. As a Travel CVOR RN, you'll have the chance to explore the vibrant city of Wilmington while using your expertise to contribute to top-tier patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), including preoperative assessment, intraoperative care, and postoperative monitoring.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety during CVOR procedures.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for CVOR patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Delaware (or compact state) with at least two years of recent CVOR experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong knowledge of CVOR procedures, instrumentation, and equipment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
