As a pivotal member of our team, you will leadthe charge in ensuring NUTRL remains at the forefront of the marketby supporting a national sampling program. The Brand ActivationManager will oversee the execution of weekly on-premise andoff-premise sampling events in key accounts. Candidates must behighly motivated and results oriented. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and executecomprehensive activation strategies to achieve sales and brandobjectives.
  • Establish and maintain strongrelationships with key accounts and the localwholesaler.
  • Sell in brand programming to keyaccounts.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brandactivations, special events, sponsorships, andpromotions.
  • Manage all aspects of Brand Ambassadorteam including recruitment, training, weekly event execution, andreporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to the BrandAmbassador team to ensure alignment with companyobjectives.
  • Responsible for activation recaps,metrics, and overall event success. Mange local budget &budget reporting/reconciliation. Perform pre-calls andchecklists in preparation for samplingevents.
  • Local asset management - ensuring BrandAmbassadors are properly equipped with merchandise and materialsneeded to execute sampling events.Monitor event executionwhile ensuring all key brand KPIs areachieved.
  • Submit program deliverables accuratelyand on time each week.Knowledge of localnightlife/events and local alcohol beveragelaws.

 

Qualifications:
  • Must be of legal drinkingage (21+).
  • Driving is an essential function of thisjob and therefore you must be able to maintain a valid/currentdriver’s license and have access to reliabletransportation.
  • Access to a computer with MicrosoftOffice and home internet access.Personal smartphone with theability to communicate/report while in the field.
  • Available to work 40+ hours per week,including nights and weekends.2 years of beverage companyand/or distributor experience.Prior experience with eventproduction and management of teams of brand ambassadors, brandpromotion, working with wholesaler and accounts, brand samplingpreferred.
  • Must have Excel and PPTexperience.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.Professional demeanor andstrong work ethic.Strong leadership andcommunication skills.Organizational skills tomeet weekly deadlines.
