We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Long Beach, CA. This full-time role involves working with students across a K-12 caseload, helping them overcome communication challenges and succeed in their educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and provide consultations as needed.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience with school-aged children and IEP processes preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work effectively within a school setting.
