Location: Charlotte, Vermont
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Hours per Week: 36.25 hours (Usually 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM)
Start Date: ASAP - June 14, 2024 (Possibility to extend to 2024-2025 school year, inquire during interview)
Are you a passionate and dedicated School Psychologist seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students in the Charlotte, Vermont area? Soliant Education is currently seeking a School Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will work full-time, providing essential support and services to students across multiple schools.
Position Details:
- Caseload Size: You will work with a caseload of 8-10 students, spanning kindergarten through 12th grade, providing comprehensive services to meet their diverse needs.
- Primary Job Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, providing counseling services, developing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and consulting with school staff to support student success.
- Single or Multiple Locations: You will work across three schools in the Charlotte area. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel between locations.
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Vermont.
- Experience working with students across various grade levels and conducting evaluations in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of assessment techniques, intervention strategies, and special education laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
