Bookkeeper  Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM or 10AM-6PM
  • Pay Rate: $23.12-$25.87 Per Hour
  • Type: Contract to Hire Role
     
Bookkeeper Job Description: 
  • Maintain client cash accounts.
  • Contact client on cash concerns.
  • Assist with year end 1099s and miscellaneous financial preparation.

Bookkeeper Job Requirements:
  • Accounting Experience (1+ year)
  • Proficient in the use of QuickBooks and various accounting software systems and Excel
  • Enters and pays invoices accurately; aware of due date and correctness of invoice
  • Aware of general ledger accounts and proper posting
  • Posts and processes payroll correctly and understands payroll principles
