WhatYou'll Do

You'll take the reignsas a senior inside seller, pulling in new accounts and upsellexisting clients. You'll focus on outbound efforts, uncoveringopportunities to sell a range of tech solutions to small andmedium-sized businesses. Responsibilities willinclude:

  • Developingstrategies, proposals and presentations to sell complex bundledvoice, data and video solutions.


  • Callingprospective customers to develop sales opportunities.


  • Navigatingorganizations and selling to key decision makers.


  • Engaging withclients to understand their businesses' communication needs,reviewing pricing options and sharing customer feedback.


  • Contactingcustomers prior to contract expiration to solve problems, renewcontracts and sell additional products and services.


  • Serving as theprimary point of contact for customers in all phases of salesprocess.


  • Negotiating pricing, products, and promotions with newcustomers.


  • Determining serviceability and providing ROI assessmentfor new build opportunities.


  • Partneringwith service delivery to ensure installations are scheduled andcompleted.


Who You Are

You're arelationship builder who elicits trust and provides top-shelfcustomer service. You're determined and ambitious, but also a greatcollaborator. Your ability to navigate a situation is matched onlyby your talent for influencing its outcome. You also have thefollowingqualifications:

Minimum:

  • 7 years of experience in a related field,


  • OR a highschool diploma or GED with 5 years of experience in a relatedfield


  • OR an AS/AA degree, BS/BA degree or certification in arelated discipline with 3 years of experience in a relatedfield.


  • The ability to meet and exceed monthly salesgoals.


  • Strong written and verbal communicationskills.


  • The ability to multitask.


  • At least 6months of experience working with computers and common businesssoftware.


Preferred:

  • B2B sales experience.


  • Experiencewith quotas.


  • Call center experience.

USD 17.21 - 25.77 perhour

Compensation:

Hourlypay rate is $17.21 - $25.77/hour. The hourly rate may vary withinthe anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimatelocation of the position and the selected candidate's experience.In addition to the hourly range identified herein, this role isalso eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of$42,900.00.

Benefits:

Employeesare eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time offevery month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in theform of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave,volunteer time off, military leave, and parentalleave.
