Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Calling on Clinical Fellows and ASHA-Certified Speech-Language Pathologists who want to work with Early Childhood (3-5) populations, and are open to movingSoliant has partnered with a long-time partner that serves children in the greater Salem, OR area,and is seeking a travel SLP for the upcoming school year.

How does one qualify as a traveler?

  • Will you be arranging temporary housing during the school year?
  • Will you be commuting 50+ miles to work?

If so, you qualify for housing and/or meals and incidentals stipends

For Early Childhood SLPs, duties include:

  • Evaluating students with suspected communication disorders; making recommendations for speech and language services as needed
  • Providing comprehensive written report of observations, assessment results, and recommendations within the standards established by state guidelines
  • Developing speech and language goals in Individualized Family ServicePlans
  • Providing speech and/or language therapy to childrenidentified with communication disorders.
  • Maintaining accurate service records of patientson caseload
  • Developing integrated goals with other education staff for childrenwith multiple or other disabilities.
  • Consulting with staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development, or other areas of curriculum related to speech and language.

Requirements:

  • SLP license from the OregonBoard of Speech-Language Pathology
