Are you a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist seeking an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in the Romulus, Michigan area? Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a School Psychologist. This position offers the chance to work with various sites within the district, serving on IEP teams, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with school staff and parents.

Position Details:

  • Hours per Week: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Caseload/Sites: Various sites within the Romulus school district.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a vital member of Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams.
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
    • Collaborate closely with school district staff, including teachers, administrators, and support personnel, to develop and implement appropriate interventions and support plans.
    • Work collaboratively with parents and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to student support and success.

Pay Rate: $45-$50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).

Requirements:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
