Program Management Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication at the Project Management Office level.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of US Marine Corps (USMC) acquisition strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like M365 and Power Apps and regular interactions with USMC SMEs, schedulers, customers, project analysts, and PMO leadership.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience with program or project management in a professional work environment
  • 4+ years of experience supporting the DoD
  • Experience with DoD acquisition processes and procedures
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems

Nice If You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting the USMC
  • Experience conducting research, capturing requirements development, and tracking the development of software applications
  • Ability to manage long-range budget analysis and financial management of projects

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
