Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Records Management Program Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in helping us drive change and deliver quality results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Records Management Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with changing federal, DoD, and USMC policies, standards, and regulations for lifecycle records management.
    • Communicate policy updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Program Design and Implementation
    • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to design and maintain a comprehensive records management program.
    • Develop and update policies governing USMC RM Program implementation.
  • Email Capture and Preservation
    • Work with Microsoft and MCCOG to coordinate technical requirements for email capture.
    • Monitor enterprise-wide utilization and identify patterns for standardization across organizations.
  • Meetings and Conference Calls
    • Facilitate meetings and conference calls with stakeholders.
    • Capture, provide, track, and archive required documentation.
  • Project Schedule Development
    • Create or drive project schedule development.
    • Define tasks, duration, resource estimates, work schedule breakdowns, and contingency planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with DoN/USMC Records Management, policy, standards, and practices.
  • Experience designing, documenting, and implementing technical solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, M365/SharePoint Online, and ETMS2.
