Job Description: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated 4th Grade Teacher to join our team at Soliant Education in Jefferson, SC. As a 4th Grade Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our students and preparing them for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for 4th-grade students.
  • Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Utilize creative and interactive teaching methods to inspire a love for learning.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents and fellow educators to support student development.
  • Maintain a safe and well-organized classroom.
  • Promote positive behavior and social growth among students.
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • South Carolina teaching certification for 4th grade (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Prior teaching experience in 4th grade or elementary education is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with young learners and a commitment to their growth and development.
