ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Seattle, Washington.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care UnitDiscipline: RNStart Date: 12/16/2025Duration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, nightsEmployment Type: TravelOpportunity: RN - Tele Float Pool Stepdown Job Details: • Work night shifts with weekend requirements every other weekend • Float pool assignment covering multiple units including Observation unit, Med-Surg, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Short Stay Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Telemetry & Progressive Care • Nurse-to-patient ratios of 4-5 patients for Med-Surg units and 3 patients for Progressive Care • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Med-Surg and PCU/Stepdown level experience required • Care for post-operative surgical patients, strokes, patients with lines, drains, chest tubes, CHF, post vascular procedures, arrhythmias, and DKA • Occasionally required to titrate drips including Heparin, Nicardipine, NTG, insulin, and Cardizem • Work with remote cardiac monitoring and read telemetry strips • Self-scheduling available with daily staffing sheet assignments • Holiday requirements depending on staffing needs • No call or standby requirements • Royal blue scrubs required • Must complete General Hospital Orientation, Myles Modules, Cerner Validation class, and unit orientation • Charting system: Cerner • BSN not required • Must start on General Hospital Orientation dates: 12/2, 12/16, or 12/29 Facility: This comprehensive medical center provides acute care services with multiple specialized units including surgical services, oncology, neurosurgery, and progressive care.
