We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team near Berwyn, IL. As an OT, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by helping them improve their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.

Job Details:

  • 23 - 24 SY
  • Full - Time (37.5 hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to clients, focusing on enhancing their motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set personalized goals and implement effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Illinois.
  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical, school, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with various physical, cognitive, and developmental conditions.
  • Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in occupational therapy.
