Personal Assistant - Hybrid WorkingUp to 30,000 per annum (DOE)
As a Personal Assistant, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success. We are looking for a keen individual with an eye for detail to support 3 Exec Members of our senior leadership team on a day to day basis.
The role will be a hybrid role with travel required to our Compass Group UK & Ireland offices in Birmingham and Chertsey. You will also be required to travel for meetings around the UK.
You'll be working in a team full of fantastic people as a Personal Assistant. After all, who doesn't dream about coming into work, doing what they love and spending time with friends?
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Making travel and hotel arrangements
  • Diary Management
  • Communications support including managing email inbox and responses
  • Time and attendance administration
  • Produce reports and presentations on request
  • Completion of expenses on behalf of senior leader
  • Complete operational administration tasks
  • Attend meetings and be a note taker
  • Co-ordinate and attend meetings and events as requested
Who you are:The successful Personal Assistant will have:
  • Previous experience in a PA role supporting a Executive Member(s) of Senior Leadership Team
  • Previous experience in an administrator role essential
  • Confident Communicator
  • Organised and great time management
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to travel flexibly in line with business needs
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
