Position Summary

The Digital Designer will assist in the creation of templated digital assets for our extensive product catalog. The role will primarily focus on enhancing digital marketing content for household product lines (approximately 2k items) to support online sales, particularly on Amazon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating digital assets using existing imagery and refining them in Photoshop or InDesign. These images will be enhanced and positioned to boost sales based on successful results of previous A/B testing analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Use existing product imagery (JPEGs) to create enhanced digital assets for product catalog.
  • Work within predefined templates to create unique yet consistent designs for each product.
  • Utilize Photoshop and InDesign to enhance imagery and ensure high-quality visual standards are met.
  • Automate design processes where possible to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Create assets that align with successful marketing strategies identified from previous A/B testing, specifically targeting Amazon’s online sales platform.
  • Ensure all digital assets follow best practices for Amazon listings and product display.
  • Participate in review sessions with relevant stakeholders for technical feedback or specific design considerations.
  • Adapt to feedback and refine designs quickly to meet deadlines and project requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in digital design, preferably in creating templated or product-specific assets.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon) is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of product images while maintaining high design standards.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and process numerous assets efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with design leads and other stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Additional Details:
 
  • Employment Type: 2 to 3 months with option to extend based
  • Schedule: Hybrid (Remote Mondays & Fridays)
  • Start Date: January
  • Location: Memphis, TN
  • Target Compensation: $20.00 to 25.00 p/h based on experience

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
