About Us:
Soliant Education is dedicated to connecting talented education professionals with schools in need. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Lebanon, OR.

Position Overview:
As a School-Based SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with communication disorders. Your role will be essential in implementing therapy plans, conducting assessments, and providing direct support to enhance students speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Conduct screenings and assist in the assessment process.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students needs.
  • Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
