The Warehouse Lead is responsible for functioning as a working lead, supporting the roles of the Warehouse operations, including but not limited to: checker, forklift operator, general labor, inventory, order builder.
Responsibilities
Pull orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading on to delivery trucks. Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements. Operate industrial power equipment. Restock and replenish as appropriate. Perform general maintenance. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. Fill in for other positions as needed. Perform general warehouse/production/cooler service duties.Qualifications
High School - GED or Diploma preferred. 0 - 1 year of general work experience; leadership experience preferred. Proficient Computer skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain a professional attitude with staff as well as maintaining a safe secure work environment. Must be motivated, energetic, and pay attention to detail. Forklift certification. Constant bending, kneeling, pulling, and/or lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.Additional Information
