Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Euclid, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking to make an impact in a supportive school setting. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours and runs for the entire school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to improve students' communication abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to goal development.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Ohio.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
