Job Opportunity: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location:Beebe, Arkansas
Employer:ProCare Therapy

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time in Beebe, Arkansas. In this role, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, helping them develop vital communication skills and improve their academic performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the student's progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines regarding speech-language services.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Arkansas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective therapy plans.
