We're looking for a passionate Requirements and Testing Engineer to work with a fast-paced, highly collaborative software development team building and launching capability for Enterprise web-based systems in the Cybersecurity field. You'll have the opportunity to work on the automation of nation-level, mission-critical security processes, workflows, and sensor data in risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring.

You'll leverage your expertise to work with a diverse team of analysts and engineers to build, test, and operate system capabilities. You'll be responsible for working with stakeholders on understanding needs, designing application features to solve user problems, and advancing their mission. You'll act as an expert in our product capabilities and conduct requirements analysis, documentation, and design. You'll conduct testing of complex new features, perform regression testing, and create and maintain test cases.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience working on software development teams

  • 2+ years of experience with requirements analysis as a product owner

  • 2+ years of experience with testing web applications and APIs

  • Experience with Cybersecurity compliance or operations

  • Experience with programming and scripting, including with Python, C#, Java, Go, Bash, or Powershell

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), ATO processes, including NIST SP 800-53, and GRC tools, including eMASS, Archer, SNOW, or Xacta

  • Experience with web application development, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, C#, Java, Go, or SQL

  • Experience with CI/CD and test automation tools, including Selenium, Postman, or Jenkins

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Master's degree

  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including Security+ or CISSP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
