The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a talented bilingual (Spanish/English) Procurement and Sourcing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of everyday products while leveraging your Spanish language skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and assess potential suppliers
  • Negotiate agreements, including pricing and contract terms, with suppliers
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Keep abreast of market trends and best practices within the industry
  • Work closely with multiple departments to meet sourcing objectives
  • Manage priorities and deliver results within established timelines

Qualifications
  • Required: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing raw materials within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in cost modeling and developing "should-cost" estimates
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel

Pay Transparency Notice

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
