Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an excitingopportunity for a Full and Part Time 9 - 15 Passenger Bus Driver(non CDL).  The Bus Driver provides superior, friendly,efficient service during the rental car process, transportingcustomers to and from the rental facility in a safe and timelymanner. Establishes and maintains clear communications with otherbus operators and management team to ensure a consistent, superiorlevel of customer service. Performs all responsibilities with afocus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with ourQuality Standards.

 

The pay for this position is $18.40 / hr andis located at the Lihue Airport Enterprise location96766. 

 Full timeschedules, apart from religious observations, would be 40 hours perweek, which may include weekends andholidays. 

 

Part time schedules, apart from religiousobservations, would be 6pm-11pm shifts, which may include weekendsand holidays.

 Responsibilities
  • Delivercustomers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe andcourteous manner
  • Greeteach customer personally in a friendly and welcomingmanner
  • Operate the courtesyshuttle in accordance with all laws and regulations while followingcompany policy to ensure a safe and pleasant operatingenvironment
  • Assistcustomer(s) load and unload luggage, enter and exit vehicle andmiscellaneous customerneeds
  • Notify Manager of anycustomer or vehicle problems including daily maintenance, includingbut not limited to ensuring proper oil, tire and fluidlevels
  • Provide appropriate localinformation, distribute maps and handouts asrequired
  • Communicate with office and other drivers via 2-wayradio or cellular phone
  • Performsmiscellaneous job-related duties asassigned

  • Must be at least 21 years ofage.
  • Must be able to read and speakEnglish.
  • Must have a valid driverslicense.
  • No more than 3 moving violations and/orat-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.  Nodrug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5years.
  • Previous driving experience in a similar vehicle (largeshuttle van or bus)required.
  • Requires ability to perform manuallabor (i.e. bending, lifting,etc.).
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to assistcustomers..
  • Must be authorized to work in theUnited States and not require work authorization sponsorship by ourcompany for this position now or in thefuture.
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment DOT physicalexam and drug test to obtain a Medical Card as required by theUSDOT.

  • All applicants must be at least 21years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations.Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medicalexaminer's certificate, or submit to and successfully complete aD.O.T. medical examination and drugtest.
