Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview: Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team. In this role, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat various speech and language disorders, contributing to their academic and personal development.

Primary Duties:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language challenges.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for students.
  • Provide targeted therapy to address a wide range of communication issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in AR.
  • CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
